La condanna di Raffaele Fitto è l’ennesimo atto a orologeria. Ecco come giudico questo e altri gravi fatti di cronaca giudiziaria accaduti di recente
Credevo che la campagna elettorale la facessero i politici ed eventualmente quei magistrati che dalle procure sono passati direttamente alla guida di un partito. Che ingenuo che sono!
La condanna di Raffaele Fitto da parte del tribunale di Bari dice che in Italia la campagna elettorale la fanno i giudici: a meno di due settimane dal voto assistiamo:
- Aall’apertura delle indagini e alla perquisizione del capo dell’Eni.
- All’arresto dell’amministratore delegato di Finmeccanica.
- Alla condanna dell’ex capo dei servizi segreti senza attendere il pronunciamento della Consulta sul suo caso.
- Alla formalizzazione di accuse irreali contro il presidente della regione Lombardia.
- E ora alla condanna dell’ex presidente della Puglia per corruzione e finanziamento illecito della politica, condanna che appare assurda anche nel merito.
La tempistica è impressionante e lascia esterrefatti, sono tutti atti che potevano essere esercitati un mese fa come tra quindici giorni.

Colpisce anche la precisione chirurgica degli interventi in regioni decisive per il risultato elettorale. Il nostro paese ha molti problemi, quello della gestione politica della giustizia sta assumendo proporzioni abnormi e i suoi effetti possono essere devastanti per la vita sociale.

Nel 1969 e d’intorni si picchettavano le aziende, si sabotava la produzione, si invadevano le piazze e si attaccavano le forze dell’ordine e la D.C. Seguirono gli anni di piombo con le BR e simili. Con “mani pulite” il compito è stato delegato ai magistrati rossi. “Abbiamo fiducia nella magistratura”, “la magistratura faccia il suo corso” è la parola d’ordine di chi tira le fila: ora si sabota l’economia nazionale a vantaggio dei concorrenti: se questo non è regime! (taci!il nemico ti ascolta e ti liquida, ti manda in galera)

Dai fatti recenti di cronaca giudiziaria e dai provvedimenti emessi dai giudici ho l’idea che la Magistratura propende sempre per la Sinistra.Come fare per fermare il potere dei magistrati?Non Le pare necessaria una riforma della Giustizia per rendere più equo il sistema giudiziario?
