Il Decreto Fare è diventato legge. Sono molto soddisfatto
Ecco il mio commento soddisfatto per i tanti provvedimenti utili a cittadini e imprese che abbiamo inserito nel Decreto Fare che ora è legge.
Il Decreto Fare è stato convertito in legge. Il Parlamento ha confermato l’impianto originario del provvedimento del Governo e in alcuni punti lo ha migliorato introducendo novità importanti per i cittadini e per le imprese.
Parliamo di misure concrete per il rilancio dell’economia e dell’occupazione, con un contributo del Ministero delle Infrastrutture di oltre 3 miliardi di euro per la realizzazione di grandi medie e piccole opere infrastrutturali.
IL CONTRIBUTO DEL MIO MINISTERO
Si tratta di opere strategiche come:
- linee ferroviarie di alta velocità
- metropolitane
- importanti arterie autostradali
- ma si tratta anche di manutenzione di straordinaria di strade e ferrovie per mettere in sicurezza le nostre reti infrastrutturali.
- c’è una particolare attenzione al territorio con il programma ‘6000 campanili’ per interventi nei piccoli comuni
- e un consistente pacchetto di interventi a favore dell’edilizia scolastica
NOVITA’ ANCHE PER L’EDILIZIA
Tra le novità, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la riapertura dei cantieri, sottolineo le nuove norme che aumenteranno
- l’efficacia e la trasparenza negli appalti pubblici
- l’anticipazione del 10% dell’importo dei lavori per le imprese esecutrici di appalti
- la semplificazione delle procedure per la demolizione e ricostruzione degli edifici esistenti
LO SCONTO SULLE MULTE
Va infine ricordato lo sconto del 30% sulle multe per chi le paga nei primi 5 giorni. E’ un fatto importante e simbolico nel tempo stesso, perché dice di una nuova modalità di rapporto tra lo Stato e il cittadino: premia l’assunzione di responsabilità di chi riconosce di aver trasgredito una norma ed elimina il carattere vessatorio che spesso la riscossione delle contravvenzioni assumeva. Con il non secondario effetto di ridurre i molti contenziosi in cui finiva la maggior parte del multe.

PER LA NAUTICA
Vorrei sottolineare un ultimo provvedimento di cui si sono già visti i primi benefici, come sottolineato dalle cronache di questi giorni estivi: l’abolizione della tassa di stazionamento per i natanti più piccoli ha già fatto tornare nei nostri porti molte barche.
Un segnale di ripresa per un settore, la nautica, per il quale l’Italia è apprezzata nel mondo e che dà lavoro a centinaia di migliaia di famiglie.

Molto bene ! Spero anche che in questa legge sia compreso il completamento della Salerno – Reggio Calabria. Chiedo cortesemente anche notizie per un’Opera a me molto cara. L’Aeroporto di Sibari (molto importante per l’economia di tutta la zona) ! Grazie e buon lavoro !

Mi sembra l’ennesima dimostrazione che in Italia se commetti un’infrazione puoi essere premiato e poi, per una serie di motivi purtroppo anche culturali, non credo che in questo modo diminuiscano i conteziosi. Alla fine il problema ricadrà sui comuni (come Milano) che dovranno fare i conti con gli ammanchi delle multe e saranno costretti ad aumentare le tasse ai cittadini. Vorrei essere smentito in futuro da qualche “irreperibile” statistica che mi auguro pubblichi sul suo Blog.
Per fare assumere ai cittadini le loro responsabilità ci vuole “cultura” ed “esempio” non basta fumo negli occhi.
