Sto andando a Genova per seguire da vicino la tragedia della torre piloti
Ho saputo della tragedia nel porto di Genova appena accaduto il fatto. Alla mezzanotte di ieri ne ero già informato e mi sto recando sul posto
Questa notte (martedì 7 maggio 2013) alle 23.30 circa, la nave portacontainer Jolly Nero ha urtato la torre piloti provocandone il crollo.
IN CONTATTO DIRETTO
Questa mattina riunione a Palazzo Chigi con il presidente del Consiglio Enrico Letta che ha avuto un colloquio telefonico con il presidente dell’Autorità Portuale di Genova, Luigi Merlo. Da subito sono rimasto in contatto con il comandante della capitaneria di porto l’ammiraglio Felicio Angrisano. Ho chiesto di essere tenuto in costante contatto e informato dei fatti.
Questa mattina, di fronte all’aggravarsi degli esiti della tragedia (3 morti e 6 dispersi come riportato dal Corriere della Sera) ho deciso di recarmi sul posto a Genova anche per essere più vicino alle famiglie delle vittime.
INCIDENTE INSPIEGABILE
Innanzitutto desidero seguire lo stato dei soccorsi e quanto prima capire con esattezza la dinamica e le cause dell’incidente. Come ho dichiarato a Radio Anch’io “L’incidente è inspiegabile, il mare era calmo non c’era nessuno…vedremo anche con la magistratura. Può essere stata una manovra errata o un’avaria”.

Oggi pomeriggio, di ritorno a Roma, risponderò al question time: interrogazione sulle iniziative per il ripristino delle risorse compensative destinate alle comunità locali interessate dalla Tav Torino-Lione.
