Altro caso ecclatante è l’assoluzione di Raffaele Fitto ex presidente di Regione Puglia e ministro del governo Berlusconi, che ha impiegato quasi 7 anni per avere assoluzione. Ma ha rinunciato alla prescrizione per avere la sentenza. Il Pm che lo ha accusato? Ho raccolto questi link, tre storie di mala giustizia raccontate oggi dalla stampa italiana:
- Una lettera di Antonio Simone dal carcere di San Vittore scitta a Tempi in cui afferma di essere “istigato continuamente a dire il falso (cioè che ho corrotto qualcuno) e all’autolesionismo e al suicidio
- La vicenda di Renato Farina condannato a 3 anni di galera per una bugia. La condanna è ingiusta e sconvolgente e io ne rimango davvero perplesso
- La terza è che cercano di punire il giudice che ha prosciolto Silvio Berlusconi nel caso Mills
