Altri attentati in Val di Susa ai danni di aziende che lavorano nel cantiere Tav. Ecco il mio commento.
SULLE VIOLENZE
In un’intervista esclusiva per il Tg2 ho definito “delinquenti che compiono azioni terroristiche” gli autori di questi attentati.
Stiamo collaborando con la Procura di Torino e con il procuratore Caselli perché queste minoranze violente vengano isolate. Il loro ricorso alla violenza è il segno che sono già sconfitti.
Ormai c’è una minoranza di delinquesti che usa la Tav per minacciare e fare atti di violenza. La Tav andrà avanti perchè è un’opera che serve al Paese.
SUL DIALOGO
Alcuni sindaci, contrari all’opera nella Valle, hanno chiesto la riapertura di un “confronto tecnico” e rispondo che il luogo di questo confronto c’è già, l’Osservatorio sulla Torino-Lione, che ha fatto 208 incontri e audizioni. Grazie a questo confronto il tracciato venne modificato radicalmente nel 2006.
Ora la vera condanna della violenza, la migliore risposta ai violenti è la realizzazione dell’opera.

Ho incontrato questi imprenditori domenica scorsa a Torino e la cosa più grave che ho ascoltato è che per fare un lavoro che è loro chiesto dallo Stato queste persone mettono a rischio la famiglia, gli operai e i beni delle loro aziende.
Lo Stato non può stare fermo. D’intesa con il ministro dell’Interno Angelino Alfano abbiamo proposto di allargare alle imprese che lavorano per opere di interesse nazionale e subiscono danni il fondo risarcimenti già previsto per le ditte vittime di attentati della criminalità organizzata.

Sul dialogo.
Temo le sia sfuggito che a partire dal gennaio 2010 sono state escluse dalle riunioni dell’Osservatorio le amministrazioni che non dichiarassero a priori l’accettazione dell’opera. Il Comunicato della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri 8 gennaio 2010 recita infatti che «…la nuova Comunità Montana, con riferimento alla nuova linea Torino-Lione non si connota con un profilo di sensibilità politico-istituzionale idoneo a rappresentare il pluralismo delle comunità locali presenti sul territorio». Il criterio in base al quale i Comuni ricadenti negli ambiti territoriali interessati dai tracciati potranno partecipare al tavolo dell’Osservatorio è stato dunque definito come (dal medesimo comunicato) «Comuni […] che dichiarano esplicitamente la volontà di partecipare alla miglior realizzazione dell’opera nel quadro della miglior tutela e valorizzazione del territorio e del rispetto del calendario europeo». I comuni contrari sono di fatto estromessi dall’Osservatorio. Per contro in Osservatorio sono da sempre rappresentati numerosi Comuni il cui territorio non è coinvolto dal progetto e ai quali sarebbero riconosciute le compensazioni.
Non le pare un curioso modo di condurre un dialogo ? Discutiamo solo se tu mi hai già dato ragione ?

Io concordo con la Sua sintesi; è giusto utilizzare il Fondo di garanzia per le vittime della criminalità organizzata per risarcire il danno alle imprese intente alla realizzazione di grandi opere di interesse nazionale.L’art.270 bis c.p. parla di atti di violenza con finalità di terrorismo e di eversione dell’ordine democratico;la violenza dei No Tav rientra per me in tale fattispecie delittuosa.
