Leggete dal Corriere della Sera la mia intervista “Lupi: serve senso di responsabilità”
“La parola d’ordine è responsabilità. Non ci sarà un vincitore o un perdente tra di noi perchè a vincere o perdere sarà tutto il Paese.”
Nell’intervista al Corriere della Sera ho affrontato il discorso sulle tensioni politiche e la tentazione di andare al voto in autunno rispondendo che il Pdl è responsabile e che “Berlusconi è responsabile, lui che per primo ha voluto questo governo e lo sono anche il presidente del Consiglio Letta, il Pd e Scelta Civica”.
RESPONSABILITÀ PER REALIZZARE IL PROGRAMMA
Pd e Pdl propongono anche temi che non sono inseriti nel programma di questo governo perchè è giusto “non aver paura delle nostre identità e dobbiamo essere aperti al dialogo e al confronto su tutto. Una cosa è chiara: le intercettazioni, come lo ius soli, non mi pare siano state elencate come materie di programma del governo e quindi è ovvio che sarà il Parlamento ad affrontarle. Se poi si passa addirittura ai pregiudizi reciproci, ciascuno se ne assumerà le responsabilità.”
Berlusconi per primo ha detto che il governo non cadrà su temi per i quali non è nato. “Il governo andrà avanti o no sulla base di quanto saprà realizzare rispetto alle priorità che sono state indicate:
- Lavoro
- Crescita
- Diminuzione della pressione fiscale
- Politica della casa
- Aiuti alle famiglie
- Semplificazione
- Sburocratizzazione
SUPERAMENTO DELL’IMU
L’abolizione dell’Imu è cara al Pdl che la porta avanti nel programma da tempo. “Va assolutamente superata” e già si avranno segnali nel Consiglio dei Ministri di oggi. Siamo attenti alle richieste delle parti sociali, agli allarmi del mondo industriale e dunque certamente nei 90 giorni che verranno “inseriremo anche questo tema dei fabbricati e dei capannoni nella riforma complessiva della tassazione sugli immobili”. In questi primi tre mesi assicuriamo che “la rata dell’Imu sulla prima casa che non si paga a giungo non verrà riproposta a settembre”.
IL LAVORO DEL MIO MINISTERO
Ogni ministero lavora con questi obiettivi: più occupazione, diminuzione della tassazione sul lavoro, più competitività per le imprese.
Il mio ministero (Infrastrutture e Trasporti), tenendo conto della disponibilità limitata fondi, va avanti con la decisione per:
- Spostare le risorse dalle opere bloccate a quelle approvate che sono da cantierizzare subito
- Prevede i pagamenti per stato di avanzamento con lo sblocco dei debiti della Pubblica Amministrazione

Illustrissimo Ministro,
ho letto il Suo programma e quello del Governo, che condivido a pieno, spero che questi obiettivi sia per il ministero in cui lavoro e per il paese, si concretizzano.
Auguro a Lei e al Governo un buon lavoro
CARO LUPI, VUOLE CRESCITA?? Faccia in modo che i danari da Lei messi in pista arrivino REALMENTE alle imprese. I fondi per OOPP sono vincolati, ma a causa del patto di stabilità vengono usati per altro, cosicchè i suoi sforzi verranno destinati a pagare ,, in particolare da parte di Comuni e Regioni, la spesa corrente. I debiti accumulati, che pure vanno saldati, serviranno a rimborsare l’indebitamento che le imprese hanno verso il sistema bancario, il quale , se la situazione non si NORMALIZZERA’, si guarderà bene dal rifinanziare le imprese stesse, con buona pace dei suoi sforzi e dei danari spesi. FACCIA PIUTTOSTO IN MODO CHE DA ORA IN AVANTI LA SITUAZIONE SI NORMALIZZI E CHE LA PREVISIONE EUROPEA DI PAGARE LE IMPRESE A 30 GIORNI SIA DAVVERO APPLICATA.
Come avrà capito sono un imprenditore, che resterà al suo posto, e svolgerà il suo compitino, come si augura facciano tutti gli altri attori del sistema economico. Buon lavoro
Maurizio, le infrastrutture dei trasporti sono l’asse portante che ha consentito a tutte le economie di crescere, dagli Stati Uniti con la ferrovia coast to coast, alla Russia con la transiberiana; anche da noi in passato con la legge obiettivo si è già cercato di dare concretezza ai progetti. Anche il programma di governo è buono. Quello che questa volta deve avvenire è che i programmi e le riforme vengano aprovati dal parlamento e generino sviluppo economico. Sarebbe imperdonabile se dopo ulteriori mesi di lavoro in parlamento non si trovasse la maggioranza per votare. Qui la differenza sarà fatta dalle persone, che dovranno riuscire ad aggregare il consenso e superare la logica della strumentalizzazione.
