Leggete l’intervista a Repubblica: “L’esecutivo vive o muore sull’economia, non ci dimetteremo se condannano Berlusconi”
Mi ha stupito il fortissimo senso di responsabilità di Berlusconi dimostrato quando ha ribadito che il sostegno al governo è cosa diversa dai giudizi dati sulle sentenze.
Il tema di fondo è che siamo rimasti allibiti per questa decisione: la politica è autonoma o sottoposta all’autorità giudiziaria?
Dopo l’incredibile decisione della Consulta che gli ha negato il legittimo impedimento nel processo Mediaset, ho ribadito la nostra posizione in un’intervista a Repubblica assicurando che il governo non cadrà per un inciampo giudiziario di Silvio berlusconi. Semmai cadrà sulle questioni economiche.
Infatti questo governo nasce con uno scopo ben preciso. Un governo eccezionale costituito in un momento eccezionale per dare risposte valide ai temi della crisi. Continuiamo o ci fermiamo sui temi per cui è nato: Iva, Imu, decreto lavoro…

Nella confusione che si è venuta a creare è veramente difficile rispondere alla domanda.Una cosa, secondo la mia modesta opinione, è certa: questo governo deve andare avanti nel suo lavoro. L’inizio, tenuto conto della complessità della situazione, è incoraggiante.Ogni parlamentare dovrebbe tenere conto, innanzitutto, di ciò che serve al paese e, poi, pensare anche alla situazione del proprio partito. E’ oltremodo fastidioso e ripugnante sentire ogni giorno dichiarazioni, spesso ricatti, di vari esponenti politici sulla tenuta del governo.
Premesso che anche in caso di una condanna definitiva Berlusconi ha raggiunto un’ età in cui non può fare neanche un minuto di galera ma nel frattempo però, si è potuto permettere di tutto e di più, direi che ci sono cose più serie da fare tipo: Ricostruire una destra moralmente inattaccabile e con i valori che l’ hanno sempre contraddistinta, ripulire il pdl da tutti quei disoccupati mentali e mangiatori a sbafo, mandare via tutti quegli amanti e soprattutto quelle amanti delle interviste che fanno più danni che altro. Ritengo che l’ Italia (tutta) abbia bisogno di ritrovare una destra migliore di questa che c’ è ora e smetterla finalmente di parlare solo di una e sempre di una persona. Basta
Be’, una donna di 80 anni è finita in carcere per 20 beuro di merce prese dal supermercato senza poter pagere essendo in estrema indigenza. A 80 anni si va in carcere. Silvio ha meno du 80 nanni… Purtroppo! Ma la destra c’è, solo che è mancina!

Apprezzo tutte le possibilita’ vagheggiate e spero che si avverino, ma rimane la nostra incredulita’ totale, verso questa magistratura, per la loro imperterrita incapacita’ dimostrata a piu’ riprese e non solo per i noti marchiani errori ventennali fatti ai danni di Silvio Berlusconi! A noi ci debbono ancora moltissimo! E lo sappiamo, come lo sanno loro, poiche’ pratiche iniziate nel lontano 1995, ancora debbono vedere la fine o la soluzione (sic!?). Al Presidente Berlusconi Silvio, comunque, noi, le nostre famiglie, i nostri amici e colleghi tutti, saremo sempre fedeli. Continueremo a vedere in Lui, l’UNICO Uomo politico (e forse, anche non) in grado di governare questo Paese e queste Istituzioni. Degli altri, di tutti gli altri, non ce ne frega alcunche’ e quando, non sia mai Dio vorra’, piu’ tardi possibile, il Presidente Berlusconi Silvio, se ne andra’ dalla scena per sua sola scelta, anche noi ce ne andremo dall’Italia. Definitivamente. In quanto quelli che verranno dopo, non ci meritano affatto.

Bella domanda quella posta.La relazione fra politica e Magistratura non è corretta;alcuni PM travalicano il ruolo di tutori della legge per diventare garanti della moralità pubblica e dell’ordine politico.Tanti magistrati passano dai tribunali alla politica con facilità estrema.
Sarebbe opportuno effettuare una riforma dell’ordine giudiziario( la tanto proclamata separazione delle carriere, inquirente e giudicante),la commissione dei 35 deve intervenire con tempestività su questa tematica.Le sentenze influenzano notevolmente l’opinione pubblica.
