Il Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico ha reso operativo insieme all’Autorità per l’energia, con la collaborazione dei Comuni, il bonus gas per il risparmio sui costi dell’energia. Questo post si basa sulle informazioni riportate sul sito del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico e dell’Autorità per l’energia e il gas.

CHE COS’E’
Il bonus gas è una riduzione sulla bolletta del Gas consumato nell’abitazione di residenza rivolto alle famiglie a basso reddito e a quelle numerose.
REQUISITI
Il Bonus sulle bollette del gas è cumulabile con il bonus elettrico e può essere richiesto da tutti i clienti domestici che utilizzano:
- Gas metano distribuito a rete (quindi non per il gas in bombola o per il GPL)
- Con un contratto di fornitura diretto o con un impianto condominiale
- Se in presenza dell’ISEE (l’Indicatore di Situazione Economica Equivalente) non superiore a 7.500 euro (fino a 3 figli a carico) o non superiore a 20.000 euro per le famiglie numerose (con più di 3 figli a carico)
DURATA
Il diritto al bonus ha una validità di 12 mesi. Al termine di tale periodo, per ottenere l’eventuale rinnovo, il consumatore dovrà presentare una domanda accompagnata da una certificazione ISEE aggiornata, che attesti il permanere delle condizioni di disagio economico.
IMPORTI
Gli importi previsti dal bonus per im risparmio sulle bollette del gas dipendono:
- Dalla categoria d’uso associata alla fornitura di gas
- Dalla zona climatica di residenza (i Comuni italiani, infatti, sono suddivisi in sei zone climatiche, dalla A alla F in modo da tenere conto delle temperature medie)
- Dal numero di componenti della famiglia anagrafica (persone legate da vincoli di matrimonio, parentela, affinità, adozione, tutela o da vincoli affettivi, coabitanti ed aventi la medesima residenza)

COME RICHIEDERLO
Le domande di richiesta del bonus gas devono essere presentate dall’intestatario del contratto che è sempre una persona fisica compilando l’apposita modulistica:
- Presso il proprio Comune di residenza
- Presso altro istituto designato dallo stesso Comune (CAF, Comunità montana, etc.)
Scaricate dal sito dell’Autorità i moduli per richiedere il bonus gas (reperibili anche nei Comuni). Non è ammesso fare richiesta di bonus senza utilizzare l’apposita modulistica.
COME VERIFICARE LO STATO DELLA RICHIESTA
Il cittadino che vuole verificare se la propria richiesta di Bonus Gas sia stata accettata può:
- Recarsi presso l’Ente in cui ha presentato la richiesta (il Comune di residenza, il CAF, la Comunità Montana ecc.) esibendo la ricevuta rilasciata dall’operatore alla consegna della domanda
- Controllare direttamente la bolletta nel quale sono evidenziati, sia l’avvenuta ammissione alla compensazione, sia il dettaglio dell’importo relativo all’applicazione del bonus
- Verificare lo status della propria pratica, via internet, sul sito www.bonusenergia.anci.it, cliccare su “Accesso al Sistema” a destra dello schermo e inserire le proprie ID Utente e Password, rilasciate con la ricevuta dell’istanza
- Chiamare il numero verde 800.166.654, attivo dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 8 alle ore 18, fornendo il codice fiscale e il numero identificativo dell’istanza.
COME VIENE EROGATO
Verrà inserito un messaggio nella bolletta nel quale si comunica all’utente l’avvenuta ammissione alla compensazione. In dettaglio la comunicazione riporterà la seguente dicitura:
“La sua fornitura è ammessa alla compensazione della spesa per la fornitura di gas naturale (cosiddetto bonus sociale gas) ai sensi del Decreto legge n. 185/08. L’importo relativo all’applicazione del bonus verrà indicata in una voce separata in ogni bolletta“
Chi ha un impianto di riscaldamento centralizzato-condominiale e non ha un contratto diretto, invece, potrà ritirare il bonus presso gli sportelli delle Poste Italiane che provvederanno a comunicare direttamente agli interessati la disponibilità dei bonifici.

Tutto bene ma perché ci deve essere sempre quel pizzico di non so che, che fa distinzioni, mi riferisco al fatto che il Bonus sulle bollette del gas è cumulabile con il bonus elettrico e può essere richiesto da tutti i clienti domestici che utilizzano Gas metano distribuito a rete (quindi non per il gas in bombola o per il GPL).
Solitamente chi usa le bombole od il gas GPL oltre a pagare di più, non ha la possibilità di fare altrimenti perché la rete non li raggiunge.
