IMU E IVA
Partiamo dai fatti che ci rendono credibili:
- A giugno gli italiani non l’hanno pagata ed entro il 30 agosto la rivederemo complessivamente
- Anche l’Iva non è aumentata e stiamo lavorando perchè non aumenti dal 1 ottobre
Non è il governo dei rimandi, anche questi sono fatti: bonus ristrutturazioni del 65% LINK con inserimento degli incentivi per l’acquisto di mobili.
SCONTO SU MULTE
Deve diventare legge ma stiamo portando avanti questa proposta bipartisan. Le multe non sono uno strumento vessatorio perchè i cittadini pagano già tante tasse. Sono uno strumento educativo per insegnare agli italiani il rispetto del codice della strada. Il 40% delle multe è in contenzioso: se paghi entro 5 giorni paghi il 30% in meno perchè l’obiettivo è che il cittadino non faccia più quell’errore.
COME SPENDERE I FONDI STANZIATI
Il fattore tempo è fondamentale, basta allungare i tempi. Nel decreto del fare abbiamo scritto una scadenza: 31 dicembre 2013 per spendere 3 miliardi e 250 milioni. Se non si consumano vengono ritirati. Verrò misurato su questo.
Grandi opere indispensabili e parallelamente manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria di ponti viadotti e strade (300 milioni), le scuole, i nodi ferroviari e i piccoli comuni. Oltre 5.000 comuni con fondo di rotazione di 100 milioni per progeti immediatamente cantierabili per la loro riqualificazione.
FLESSIBILITA’ DALL’EUROPA
La buona notizia che è arrivata dall’Europa è una vittoria del nostro governo. Spendiamo 5 miliardi di euro nel 2013 per opere di interesse europeo. Questi soldi, e quelli negli anni successivi, non possono rientrare nel conto del deficit e quindi liberano risorse per la manutenzione e le opere di interesse italiano.
SALERNO REGGIO CALABRIA
Può diventare il simbolo di un’Italia che guarda più positivamente al proprio futuro. Il 22 luglio sarò sulla Salerno Reggio Calabria per i 322km aperti e sarà una nuova grande autostrada e tutti aperti per l’estate, quindi avremo un po’ meno code. E altri 42km completati entro la fine dell’anno. Un grande risultato averla completata e una vergogna ciò che è successo.
