Leggete alcuni passaggi della mia intervista a La Stampa “Tav, i fondi per le aziende ci sono, decreto legge entro la settimana” di domenica 6 ottobre.

Io e tutto il governo facciamo nostro l’appello del Capo dello Stato Napolitano. E’ necessario superare ogni tolleranza e ambiguità nei confronti dei violenti e il governo può contribuire a realizzare questo obiettivo dando risposte in tempo reale alla Valsusa e agli imprenditori che hanno lavorato o lavorano al cantiere Tav di Chiomonte.

TUTELARE LE IMPRESE
“Lo Stato ci ha lasciato soli e dallo Stato solo parole”. Queste le due accuse che ci arrivano. Io rispondo che capisco rabbia e frustrazione ma osservo anche che mai, come in questi 5 mesi, lo Stato è stato a fianco di imprenditori e amministratori impegnati nella realizzazione della Tav.
L’errore parlamentare che ci ha costretto a ritirare il provvedimento per risarcire le imprese danneggiate dai sabotaggi non significa che il governo fa retromarcia, anzi: in settimana questi provvedimenti saranno trasformati in un decreto legge immediatamente esecutivo che equipara le imprese impiegate nel cantiere Tav e che hanno subito danni, alle aziende vittime di intimidazioni mafiose.
I FONDI PER IL TERRITORIO
Questi soldi ci sono. Manteniamo le promesse fatte ai sindaci e imprenditori. Anche per le opere di compensazione per il territorio: quando siamo entrati al governo c’erano solo 3 milioni disponibili, gli altri tra il 2015 e il 2016. Adesso 10 milioni sono tutti da spendere e abbiamo tolto il vincolo del patto di stabilità per questi investimenti. Ci sono 40 milioni per i prossimi tre anni.
I CINQUESTELLE
I Cinquestelle dicano apertamente che non vogliono tutelare le imprese valsusine che hanno avuto intimidazioni e dimostrino concretamente di voler anche isolare i violenti.
E’ legittimo non essere d’accordo, fare opposizione, ma quando un’opera è stata approvata democraticamente il loro compito non è bloccarla ma diventare sentinelle per controllare che tutto avvenga nel rispetto delle regole, della trasparenza e della legalità.
Ma è chiaro che devono essere sentinelle dello Stato e non dei violenti.

Caro Ministro Lupi, il mio percorso di vita è abbastanza lungo e per fortuna sono sorretto da una memoria non annebbiata da patologie. L’autostrada del sole fu costruita in pochissimi anni, senza trovare ostacoli di chicchessia, la metropolitana N.1 di Milano, fu terminata in un breve periodo pur lavorando con mezzi diversi degli attuali, ma è possibile che ora non si possa fare un’impianto per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti, una autostrada che dovrebbe servire alle future generazioni, senza trovare ostacoli pretestuosi i quali fanno lievitare i costi come il panettone a Natale? Queste persone dovrebbero fare una cura di socialismo reale tipo Unione Sovietica, loro ideale.
Vedremo ministro .. visto che non possiamo fare altro, neppure essere trasparentemente informati. Chi sono le società che eseguiranno i lavori? A chi appartengono? (scommetto che sono amici o parenti di qualcuno tra i parlamentari o cari a qualche partito). Dove ono le perizie a garanzia della sicurezza? q-uali sono tutti qiesti vantaggi per l’Italia ?Certo non vorrei essere nei panni di chi ha deciso dovessero conseguire problemi gravi perchè dopo il vajont credo che la forca non la impedirebbe nessuno: oggi la gente comune è diversa da allora e ne ha mnandate giù un po troppe negli ultimi 40 anni!Non avete mai illustrato ne dimostrato che è un opera necessaria, ne tanto meno portatrice di questo gran benessere all’Italia.Vi nascondete sempre dietro al fatto che crea posti di lavoro … ma chi se ne frega! Tanto poi si perdono quei posti a lavori finiti e poi son balle strumentali. Anche l’Expo per quanto possa essere una vetrina sul mondo … di fatto mantiene spropositati e poco chiari interessi dietro. Non raccontateci “stronzate”.
Siamo certi che lo Stato è al loro fianco … lo Stato lo mettete sempre in mezzo quando c’è da pagare!!!! E i rischi e le conseguenze delle vs. goliardiche imprese le paga sempre il risparmi e i soldi degli italiani!!Son capaci tutti di fare i soldi con i denari dello Stato … imprenditorialità significa rischio in proprio, con i propri soldi non far tappare i buchi dallo Stato con i NS. soldi.
