Comunicato Stampa dopo il Consiglio dei Ministri n. 6: altro segnale concreto e forte per la ripresa!
Il CdM di oggi ha dato il via libera a sgravi fiscali del 50% per ristrutturazioni, mobili, antisismica e 65% per ecobonus.
ECO-BONUS
Il Consiglio dei ministri ha definitivamente approvato un provvedimento che recepisce la direttiva 2010/31/UE per la necessaria ed urgente riqualificazione e l’efficienza energetica del patrimonio immobiliare italiano.
Il decreto legge ha l’obiettivo di:
- Promuovere il miglioramento della prestazione energetica degli edifici
- Favorire lo sviluppo, la valorizzazione e l’integrazione delle fonti rinnovabili negli edifici
- Sostenere la diversificazione energetica
- Promuovere la competitività dell’industria nazionale attraverso lo sviluppo tecnologico
- Conseguire gli obiettivi nazionali in materia energetica e ambientale
COSA CAMBIA PER IL CITTADINO
Con l’approvazione del decreto legge è previsto:
- L’attuale regime di detrazioni fiscali passerà dal 55% per gli interventi di miglioramento dell’efficienza energetica degli edifici (detrazione in scadenza il 30 giugno prossimo) al 65%, concentrando la misura sugli interventi strutturali sull’involucro edilizio, maggiormente idonei a ridurre stabilmente il fabbisogno di energia.
PER L’AMBIENTE E L’ECONOMIA
L’effetto concentrato nel tempo della proroga e l’aumento della percentuale della detrazione possono dare un forte impulso all’economia di settore e in particolare al comparto dell’edilizia specializzata.
In questo momento di crisi può concorrere certamente al rilancio della crescita e dell’occupazione e allo sviluppo di un comparto strategico per la crescita sostenibile.
Inoltre il Consiglio dei Ministri ha introdotto :
- La proroga, fino al 31 12 2013, delle detrazioni IRPEF prevista nel decreto legge (50 per cento, dall’ordinario 36 per cento, per spese di ristrutturazioni edilizie fino ad un ammontare complessivo non superiore a 96.000 euro, 48.000 euro nel regime ordinario)
- Tale proroga è stata estesa anche all’acquisto di mobili finalizzati all’arredo dell’immobile oggetto di ristrutturazione, per un massimo di 10 mila euro (in pratica si concede un bonus di 5.000 euro)
- Le detrazioni riguarderanno anche gli interventi di ristrutturazione relativi all’adozione di misure antisismiche, nonché all’esecuzione di opere per la messa in sicurezza statica delle parti strutturali degli edifici, in base a quanto già previsto dall’art. 16 bis, comma 1, lett. i) del Testo unico delle imposte sui redditi;

Ottima la differenziazione tra interventi al 50% e riqualificazione energetica al 65%. In modo da dare, anche maggiore risalto agli interventi maggiormente prestanti dal punto di vista del risparmio energetico.
Ottimo lavoro, ministro! Grazie per le proroghe per il cittadino e per l’economia del Paese. Ora semplificate la burocrazia che in questo settore impazza e costa moltissimo al piccolo proprietario.
Finalmente un incentivo che secondo me da un rilancio all’economia (pur leggero).
Ora spero che la burocrazia non la faccia da padrona e vengano snellite tutte le pratiche.
Ora bisogna permettere alle famiglie di disporre di maggiori risorse da poter iniettare sul mercato. Così da favorire l’inserimento dei giovni nel mondo del lavoro e il formarsi di nuove coppie

Caro Maurizio, ottima notizia! Da sette anni la mia azienda si occupa di impianti geotermici per climatizzare edifici. Questa risorsa rinnovabile è ancora poco diffusa e conosciuta in Italia, nonostante la tecnologia (e la ricaduta occupazionale) sia in buona parte italiana! Anche a nome del consorzio GeoHp che comprende una cinquantina di aziende italiane specializzate mi complimento per il provvedimento e mi auguro che il decreto valorizzi adeguatamente la geotermia. Egr. Ministro,
finalmente organicità nella possibilità d’intervento: io vorrei effettuare una ristrutturazione energetica della nostra casa, che prevede passaggio a metano della caldaia, scegliendone una a condensazione, installazione pannelli fotovoltaici e riconversione energetica delle apparecchiature (oggi a gpl) con ristrutturazione della cucina. Mi pare proprio che nella manovra così come prospettata, ci sia lo spazio di migliorare il tutto.

Gabriele, pur non essendo stato ancora approvato dal Parlamento il decreto-legge sugli ecobonus, mi risulta che le pompe di calore (anche geotermiche) sono state escluse dalla proproga e dal 65%, quindi a fine mese la Finanziaria cessa di essere attiva per queste apparecchiature (e quindi anche il 65% che rimane invece per le caldaie).

Adesso punti affinchè questi bonus diventino strutturali e non “emergenziali”,come auspicato da tutti (ANCE,Confindustria, CCIA di Mestre,e tanti altri)
