A gennaio i 2 miliardi promessi per i mutui
A gennaio saranno disponibili i 2 miliardi previsti dal piano casa per acquisto prima casa e ristrutturazioni.
Ci eravamo impegnati a dire alle banche: date aiuto a chi vuole comprare la prima casa o a chi vuole ristrutturarla. Abbiamo approvato il regolamento: 2 miliardi saranno messi a disposizione da Cdp.
E i cittadini dal primo gennaio potranno andare a chiedere un mutuo in banca. E le banche saranno obbligate a erogarli a tassi agevolati. In più c’è una garanzia fino al 50% del capitale del mutuo. Comunque la Cdp controllerà e i cittadini potranno segnalare (eventuali mancate erogazioni) al ministero delle infrastrutture.

Sig. Ministro ottima idea quella di agevolare le giovani coppie con mutui a tasso agevolato, ovvero con lo spread ridotto. E si perché è proprio questo il nocciolo della questione. Da una decina di mesi e forse più le banche applicano in aggiunta all’euribor (molto contenuto) uno spread superiore al 3%. Visto il numero decisamente inferiore dei mutui concessi nel 2013 rispetto agli anni precedenti, perché non si da la possibilità di rinegoziare i mutui già accesi nell’anno in corso destinati all’acquisto e/o alla ristrutturazione della prima casa di modo che si possano pagare delle rate più eque.
