Confartigianato: incentivi per le ristrutturazioni segnale positivo per l'edilizia
Confartigianato dà le cifre della crisi nel settore dell’edilizia. E cita gli incentivi per le ristrutturazioni, uno dei fatti più importanti che ho realizzato al ministero, come una delle migliori notizie per il comparto.
Questo articolo di Repubblica riprende il rapporto di Confartigianato sull’Edilizia che vedere nero. Dal 2008 i posti di lavoro persi nel settore sono in totale 400mila.
Ma tra tanti segnali negativi, il rapporto cita proprio gli incentivi per le ristrutturazioni e la riqualificazione energetica degli edifici come una possibilità di rivedere la luce.
Il rapporto di Confartigianato rivela infatti che, a ottobre 2013, sono 2.316.000 i proprietari di immobili orientati ad effettuare nei prossimi 12 mesi un intervento di manutenzione nella propria abitazione, e grazie alle misure introdotte dal Governo, il loro numero è aumentato del 37,4% (+ 631.000) rispetto a ottobre dello scorso anno.
“Una boccata d’ossigeno – sottolinea Arnaldo Redaelli, Presidente di Confartigianato Costruzioni – per il comparto maggiormente colpito dalla crisi. Proprio a fronte di questa situazione, è più che mai necessario rendere stabili e permanenti gli incentivi per raggiungere più obiettivi: rilancio delle imprese delle costruzioni, riqualificazione del patrimonio immobiliare, risparmio energetico e difesa dell’ambiente, emersione di attività irregolari”.
