Nautica da diporto, confermato il bollino blu anche per il 2014
Bollino Blu: Maurizio Lupi in Liguria di Levante per la sua campagna elettorale ha raccontato ai giornalisti presenti al convegno Ucina le azioni del suo Ministero per rilanciare la nautica “un settore fondamentale del Paese”.
Meno tasse sulla nautica
“Abbiamo tolto la tassa sulla nautica – ha ricordato il Ministro – e sto lavorando alla riforma delle autorità portuali: bisogna tornare a fare sistema. 24 autorità portuali sono troppe. Ogni porto deve avere una sua autonomia gestionale ma il resto va fatto in maniera coordinata.”
Bollino Blu anche nel 2014
Poi il Ministro ha confermato che il bollino blu, dopo l’esperienza positiva della scorsa stagione, è confermato anche quest’anno dal 1° giugno al 30 settembre 2014. In questo modo le forze di polizia operanti in mare rilasceranno il “Bollino Blu” dopo i controlli di routine sulle imbarcazioni da diporto, ovunque essi siano svolti.
Con il Bollino Blu le unità da diporto potranno infatti essere controllate anche in banchina per constatare la regolarità della documentazione di bordo, le dotazioni di sicurezza e il versamento della tassa di possesso. Applicato in modo ben visibile sull’imbarcazione il Bollino che attesta la verifica effettuata eviterà, di massima, ulteriori controlli.
Lo stabilisce una direttiva del ministro delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti Maurizio Lupi, sulla base di intese formalizzate tra il Comando generale del Corpo delle Capitanerie di porto, della Guardia di Finanza, dell’Arma dei Carabinieri e il Ministero dell’interno.

“Si tratta – spiega il ministro Lupi – di una forma di collaborazione che semplifica la vita dei diportisti e rende più efficace la sorveglianza in mare. La possibilità di redarre piani congiunti di controllo e lo scambio telematico dei dati sui controlli effettuati permette di utilizzare al meglio le risorse umane ed evitare inutili duplicazioni.
Ovviamente sto parlando dei controlli di routine, quelli sulla regolarità della documentazione e sulle dotazioni di sicurezza e di salvataggio. Altro sono i controlli di pubblica sicurezza e di polizia giudiziaria o amministrativa, per i quali ogni forza continua ad agire in piena autonomia”.
