Il President Napolitano ha agito bene perchè le prerogative costituzionali del Capo dello Stato sono state lese. Le polemiche che provengono anche da Di Pietro sono inopportuneSul tema del conflitto di attribuzione sollevato da Napolitano nei confronti della procura di Palermo sulle intercettazioni di conversazioni telefoniche del Capo dello Stato, da una parte abbiamo un’azione corretta e opportuna che è quella di Napolitano.
Dall’altra ne abbiamo una inopportuna che proviene dal collega Antonio Di Pietro. Perchè agendo per tutelare le prerogative del Capo dello Stato, Napolitano non commette alcuna interferenza nell’accertamento della verità.
