CIPE per completare l'autostrada tirrenica Livorno-Civitavecchia
Ecco le decisioni prese dal CIPE (Comitato Interministeriale per la Programmazione Economica) nella seduta del 27 settembre 2013 soprattutto per completare l’autostrada tirrenica Livorno-Civitavecchia.
Ieri si è svolta la sesta seduta del CIPE del Governo Letta che ha preso decisioni importanti per:
- Finalmente può partire il completamento dell’Autostrada tirrenica Livorno-Civitavecchia perchè sono stati sbloccati 2 miliardi di finanziamento privato
- per la E78 Fano-Grosseto: ho esposto e consegnato un’informativa sulla rivisitazione del progetto, sulla nuova modalità per l’accesso alle risorse e sulla disponibilità delle tre regioni coinvolte (Toscana, Umbria e Marche) di attivare un Partenariato pubblico-privato

Il Comitato ha:
-
approvato il progetto definitivo dell’Autostrada A12 Livorno-Civitavecchia, Tratta Tarquinia – San Pietro in Palazzi (Cecina), (lotti 2, 3, 5A, 6B)
- approvato il piano di previsione per il fabbisogno finanziario del Fondo per il sostegno alle esportazioni e all’internazionalizzazione delle imprese italiane gestito da Simest S.p.A, quantificandolo in 355 milioni di euro per l’anno 2014. Ha valore programmatico, fermo restando che l’ammontare del relativo stanziamento verrà deciso in sede di legge di stabilità
- preso atto della riprogrammazione del Programma Attuativo del FSC della Provincia autonoma di Trento. Vengono concentrate tali risorse, per circa 48,6 milioni di euro, interamente sul finanziamento del “Progetto Manifattura”. Il progetto prevede il recupero e riutilizzo di parte della struttura dell’antica Manifattura Tabacchi di Rovereto, inaugurata nel 1854, con la creazione di un polo di ricerca, formazione, assistenza tecnica e networking incentrato sull’impresa e dedicato alle tecnologie verdi.

Ministro, da livornese tengo a ringraziarla.
La vecchia Via Aurelia era una strada pericolosa e indegna di un paese avanzato. L’ ultimazione dell’autostrada A12 è un passo avanti per la dignità del nostro Paese ed una possibilità in più per l’economia del centro-Italia. Speriamo che questa sia la parola definitiva sul futuro da sempre incerto della tratta.
E’ molto importante quello che sta facendo per ‘autostrada e TAV e posso capire che nel caso di caduta di questo Governo Le dispiace lasciare tutto. Ma è anche forse più importante la solidarietà a Berluscono , la lealtà e la coerenza e la fedeltà sono valori quasi spariti . Lei come cattolico dovrebbe metterli al primo posto.
OTTIMA LA TUA OPERA DI CUI TUTTI NOI DI CENTRODESTRA CI RALLEGRIAMO;MA TI INVITIAMO ANCHE AD ESSERE PIU’ SOLIDALE CON LE DECISIONI PRESE DALLA MASSIMA PARTE DEI COLLEGHI DEL TUO GRUPPO PARLAMENTARE E A NON INDEBOLIRE BERLUSCONI E IL PDL IN QUESTI DELICATISSIMI MOMENTI. AUGURI

la notizia e ‘ certamente positiva, ed aumenta il rammarico di fronte al fatto che la cricca irresponsabile del PDL composta da santanche! Verdini ed altri, approfittando dello stato confusionale di quello che anch io consideravo un leader e che oggi considero un irresponsabile! faccia cadere il Governo. VERGOGNA. On Lupi, Lei Quagliariello e gli altri moderati intelligenti! STACCATE la spina a questi irresponsabili ed andate avanti a sostenere il Governo , rifondano un movimento democratico di centrodestra, COSA ci fa lei ancora con Verdini, CAPEZZONE, SANTANCHE’?
Min. Lupi, speriamo che con la caduta del Governo non vada tutto alle ortiche, oppure, come succede sempre in italia, si procede a contare il tempo di realizzo delle autostrade, con multipli di venti anni, visto che i Governi non durano piu’ di 2-3 anni. La notizia comunque e’ ottima, ovviamente. Andrebbe sollecitato il CIPE anche per completare il realizzo dell’Autostrada Salerno-Reggio Calabria.
Visto che ho l’occasione di scriverle, mi sembra incredibile cosa hanno deciso i Min. del PDL oggi, le dimissioni in massa dal Governo..! Vanificano tutti od in gran parte, i sacrifici economici fatti da noi tutti Cittadini Italiani, facendo entrare lìItalia in una pericolosa incertezza Politica e vuoto Istituzionale, che non e’ proprio opportuno in questo momento difficile. Sinceramente non me l’aspettavo un atto cosi’ grave e irresponsabile. Che nell’aria c’era odore di crisi di Governo era palese, ma ero sicuro che sarebbe realizzato nei modi Democratici, non con un atto cosi’ grave e senza precedenti nella nostra Repubblica. Quando ce’ una Guerra un Popolo si organizza unito a contrastare la minaccia esterna , non ce’ piu’ schieramento Politico, ma solo la Nazione da difendere, questo e’ il Ns caso, ora. La Guerra Mondiale e’ Economica oggi, ma qui se non ci diamo una mossa, ci schiacciano, l’Italia e gli Italiani spariscono, ci estinguiamo. L’Italia ha le capacita’ x emergere sicuramente, NON l’affossate e rovinate con una brutta Politica. abbiamo molto da fare On. Lupi.
