E’ scattato questa mattina alle ore 9.00 il click day del programma “6000 campanili” – 150 milioni in infrastrutture per i piccoli comuni.
Il ‘fare’ è concreto, opere per l’immediata riqualificazione del territorio.
Dalle ore 9.00 di questa mattina è scattato il click day per il programma “6.000 campanili” voluto dal sottoscritto ministro delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti e destinato ai circa 6.000 Comuni italiani sotto i 5.000 abitanti.

I Comuni interessati, o le unioni di Comuni in caso di realtà molto piccole, hanno inviato al sito dell’ANCI i progetti di infrastrutture con le relative richieste di contributo pubblico. L’accettazione, fatta salva la verifica della congruità della documentazione presentata, verrà stabilità dall’ordine cronologico di arrivo delle richieste.
Il Programma, che ha visto coinvolti nella sua attuazione il ministro delle Regioni Graziano Del Rio e l’ANCI guidata dal sindaco di Torino Piero Fassino, prevede interventi infrastrutturali di adeguamento, ristrutturazione e nuova costruzione di edifici pubblici (compresi gli interventi relativi all’adozione di misure antisismiche), ovvero di realizzazione e manutenzione di reti (viarie e infrastrutture accessorie e funzionali alle stesse o reti telematiche di NGN e WI-FI), nonché di salvaguardia e messa in sicurezza del territorio.
Ai 100 milioni di euro stanziati a favore del Programma dal decreto legge n. 69/2013 (“decreto del fare”), la legge di stabilità ha aggiunto ulteriori 50 milioni di euro per l’anno 2014.
Si tratta di piccole opere dell’importo tra i 500mila euro e il milione, ma molto importanti per queste realtà. Sono interventi di significativa e diffusa riqualificazione del territorio e in grado rimettere in moto un’economia locale del settore fatta di piccole e medie imprese.
Il nostro impegno, come governo e come ministero, è quello di fare il possibile per riportare il Paese in crescita: quindi grandi opere, ma anche piccole e medie con attenzione la più mirata possibile al territorio. In questo senso è stata molto preziosa la collaborazione con il ministro Del Rio e con l’ANCI, con la quale abbiamo stipulato una convenzione per rendere operativo il Programma.
L’apertura nei primi mesi del prossimo anno di circa trecento cantieri nel tessuto più profondo del nostro paese è un altro segnale positivo, chi vuole lo chiami pure ‘piccolo passo’, ma è un passo nella direzione giusta per portare l’Italia fuori dalla crisi, impegno per il quale stiamo in questo governo, misurandoci e chiedendo di essere misurati dai fatti.
Una stima delle ricadute occupazionali del progetto quantifica in circa 1.000-1.300 posti di lavoro fra diretti e indiretti.
